Sundays On Brick Lane - Where Else...But London.

Yesterday, the temperature was just perfect and the sun decided to pay us a visit in London. Yee hah! This meant only one thing - Brick Lane! So I met up with a friend to go on a street-hunting mission that had been organised earlier in the week.

It felt like fashion week all over again. There were so many trendy people and fellow bloggers that I run into. My eyes were darting across from street to street like Charlie Sheen at the Playboy mansion...

By evening time, the party was getting into gear at the Truman that we decided to abandon our street-hunting activities and have a beer. Ooops! I forgot, I'm supposedly 'teetotal'...It was just superb!

For those of you that aren't London residents, make sure you pay Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane a visit next time you find yourself here on a Sunday. Did you have a good weekend in your city?

There is no place like London. I'm moving there next year for sure.
Truly great street photos, they give a good idea to people who know London not.

Love Brick Lane.

So is Brick Lane, just a hang out spot or is it like Queen West or Distillery in T.O. : a place with hip restaurants/shops where only the cool people go....

Fantastic! The 14th, 15th, and 16th photo are my favorite. Love that girl with the jean shorts and Chuck Taylor's and those long legs.

Thanks for commenting on my blog
Love the picture of the guy with the glasses necklace. I was just wondering, when you take pictures of people do you ask permission or just take it, I'm really interested in starting to take street style pictures I just don't want to seem rude!

Great impressions and details. It's this weird kind of weather - one person walks past you in sandals and a mini skirt, the next wears a coat and boots...

Why are Europeans (and by Europeans, I mean the British, too) so much hipper, fashion-wise, than Americans?

I'm just sayin'. You all need to see what's walking around the streets here.

Inspiring as always, David. I envy you your talents and your weather.
