The Style Gospel - Outside Christopher Kane - London.

"What is the purpose of these pictures? What do I gain from them?" A close friend, that has got no clue whatsoever about fashion, recently asked me. " For style ideas." I replied. "For people that visit my site to get style ideas." Allow me to explain.

It could be a new way of wearing a scarf, a belt or what have you. It could be for layering ideas - picture one and two for example. It could be colour combinations - picture one and seven. It could be that they've just bought new shoes - picture six - and happen to be in search of an idea of how and what to wear it with. It could be many things.

We all need inspiration. It's like I'm spreading 'The Style Gospel' to the entire world, one picture at a time. The more stylish people we have walking our streets, the more beauty we see. The more beauty we see, the more inspiration and happiness all round.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why I do this - "I spread the gospel, with my camera as the Holy Book..."

I love focusing on the details as it's those things that can really make an outfit (or break it!) Bon week-end!

I am sure I have said this already, but I adore your attention to detail - it seems like you notice little things that others don't. And I agree, I enjoy a select few street style blogs (including yours) because they inspire me. It's like treating yourself to a little visual feast every so often. So many combintations here I love too!

You, my friend, have done SO much for me.

Aside from putting my blog on the map, you open my eyes EVERY DAY, to the beauty around me.

And you encourage me to keep writing.

You are brilliant, wonderful, and inspiring. Is this what's called a "gospel"?

From a clueless agnostic: Thank you. My life is better because you are a part of it.

Much love, respect, and gratitude,

Underemployed

Super photos, big, clear, and natural. They have an authentic aspect not evident in overly styled and edited magazine photos. Just terrific.
