It doesn't matter how bitterly cold it is. The best and cheapest way to get around this part of London especially at this time of year (it's the last weekend before Christmas) is by two wheels.

Same here for the dutch! And I love my bike too, even when it's ice cold weather. Love the cold air against my face. But now it's covered in snow and very slippery because of the ice. I'm scared to go on my bike. Afraid I will fall on my face.
And I have to do my Christmas shopping too, this weekend. I'm inviting my family over for dinner and ofcourse presents! :)

And I have ONE MORE gift to buy and that's it. Of course, there's the wrapping and the baking and the Christmas Eve lasagna...

Owwwh yes, although as much as I support cycling I don't think I'll be able to do it that cold - the thought of speeding through that biting wind and trying to keep my eyes warm enough so they don't freeze into glass eyeballs is just...scary. Won't look as chic as well too, I'm afraid...

I have a foldable Commuter Scooter (the push one like micro scooter), I haven't took it out to the street since Summer. Now that the pavements are effing icy and to be safe it's better to scoot on pavements and crossing the roads.

I love fur hats. I just got one for my love and I need to get one too. I ride my bike in snowed Amsterdam and all I miss is a fur hat :) I so not miss my car!!!!!!!!!
